# Team review and approvals

> Review rules, approving and asking for changes, review links for clients, and guests.

## Review rules

Every project has a review rule, set in its settings. Approval is on by default, because the AI drafts much of the work:

- **Recommended** (the default): while you're the only person on the team, posting approves your own work; once there are two of you, a teammate approves it.
- **One teammate:** someone other than the author approves.
- **An admin:** an admin or owner approves.
- **Its maker:** whoever made it approves it, and posting approves it.
- **No approval:** no review step. Not recommended when the AI drafts posts.

## Draft, review, approved

Work moves from **Draft** to **In review** to **Approved**. Reviewers can approve, **ask for changes** with a note, or put it **on hold**. The Planner shows each stage as a column, and the badge on Planner counts what's waiting on you.

## Review links for clients

**Share** in the editor makes a review link. Anyone with the link can watch the video and approve it or ask for changes, without an account. Their decision shows up on the item like a teammate's.

## Guests

To give someone outside the team access to one project, share the project with them as a guest. Guests see that project only (its posts, planner, ideas and reviews), never your other projects, billing or team. Guests are free, up to five per team.

> Members see every project; guests see only what's shared with them.
