Terms of use
Last updated
- Razzle is free and early. We work hard to keep it running, but it comes as it is.
- You own what you make. You're responsible for what you post and for having the rights to it.
- Don't use Razzle for anything illegal, harmful or misleading.
- Indian law applies; disputes go to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
01These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and CaretLabs, Plot 72, Saket Bhusattva, Medchal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, which operates Razzle at getrazzle.com. By creating an account or using Razzle, including the free tools, you accept them and our privacy policy. If you use Razzle for a company or a client, you accept them for that organisation too and confirm you may do so.
02Who can use Razzle
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your password safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account and in the teams you run.
03Your content
You keep all rights to the words, music, clips, photos, logos and videos you create or add (“your content”). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run Razzle for you and your team: saving your work, showing it to people you share it with, and publishing it where you tell us to. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already posted at your request.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you add and post, including songs, images, brands and the people shown. Music in Razzle's library is public domain or licensed for reuse; see the music credits. Templates and their sample text are ours, and you may use them freely in the videos you make.
04Posting to other platforms
When you connect an account such as Instagram, you let us publish to it on your behalf, only when you post or schedule something. Each platform's own terms apply to what you publish there. Platforms can change or limit access at any time, so we can't promise that a scheduled post goes out; check important posts yourself. You can disconnect an account at any time in your project's settings.
05The AI chat
The AI chat drafts videos from what you type. Its output can be wrong, generic or similar to what others get. Review it before you publish, especially prices, claims and names; you're responsible for what you post. Don't put confidential or personal information in the chat that you don't want sent to our AI provider.
06The free tools
The free tools run in your browser and need no account. Videos they make carry a small “Made with Razzle” mark; don't remove or hide it. Editing the video in the studio with a free account removes it.
07What you may not do
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Make content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent or that targets children.
- Deceive people: scams, fake endorsements, impersonation, or misleading claims about products or prices.
- Send spam, or use Razzle to post at a volume or in a way the platforms forbid.
- Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer Razzle, or get around its limits or security.
- Resell Razzle or offer it as part of another service without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity.
08Razzle itself
Razzle's software, design, templates and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using Razzle as intended. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
09Availability and changes
Razzle is free and still early: features may change, move or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may add paid plans later; we'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
10Ending your use
You can stop using Razzle at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
11Disclaimers and liability
Razzle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost reach, and our total liability for any claim about Razzle is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
12Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there. Please write to [email protected] first; most problems are quicker to fix by talking.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Razzle afterwards means you accept them.
