Make a video that moves to the beat

Razzle turns a few lines of text and a song into a kinetic type video where every word lands on the beat, for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Find your song's tempo above, then open it in the studio, or start from a template.

Questions

Is my song uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is decoded and analysed by your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server, so it works with unreleased tracks and client music too.
How does it find the BPM?
It measures how sharply the sound changes every 5 milliseconds to find the hits, then looks for the repeat interval between 60 and 200 BPM that lines up with the most of them, and where the beat grid starts.
The number is half or double what I expected. Which is right?
Both describe the same pulse. A track at 140 BPM can feel like 70, and one at 85 like 170. Pick the one that matches where you would clap. The page shows both, and you can tap along to check.
What if the song has no steady beat?
Ambient, classical and live recordings often drift. The page tells you when the pulse is weak; tapping along gives a better number for those.
How do I cut a video to the beat?
One beat lasts 60 ÷ BPM seconds, so at 120 BPM a cut every 0.5 seconds lands on the beat and every 2 seconds lands on the bar. Or open the song in the studio and every word lands on the beat for you.
Which files work?
Anything your browser can play: usually MP3, M4A/AAC, WAV and OGG. Very long files take a few seconds on a phone.
